Shipping Information:
Canadian orders: All orders shipped to Canadian addresses are sent using Canada Post expedited parcel and will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping charges are set at a flat $5.00.
International orders: will also be shipped via Canada Post ground service for a flat fee of $5.00.
Additional Duties owing on international orders: The purchaser will be responsible for any additional duties owing upon receipt of the order.
Return Policy: Kermode Kids extends a 30-day money back guarantee on products purchased online. Your purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your return. Kermode Kids does not refund shipping on returns.
